Rachel Levinson

Rachel Levinson, LCSW, currently serves as the Acting Director and previously as the Assistant Director for Family Violence Services at Met Council since December 2017, in addition to working as an Individual and Couples Therapist. Rachel has experience as a Social Work Intern at VISIONS/Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired, where counseling focused on adjustment to blindness and mental health issues, and at BCS MetroClub PROS, providing support to severely mentally ill adults. Prior to entering social work, Rachel held various roles in project management and marketing, including Senior Project Manager at Kahena Digital Marketing and Office and Marketing Manager at The Drum Cafe. Rachel earned a Master of Social Work from Touro College Graduate School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drexel University.
