Liam Eslick

Liam Eslick is a Senior Operational Meteorologist at Met Office, serving since April 2020 and acting as a Media Advisor. Prior to this, Liam held various roles in meteorology and environmental science, including Operational Meteorologist and Trainee Operational Meteorologist. In February 2019, Liam worked as an Environmental Officer at Greencore, managing a team and conducting environmental audits compliant with ISO 14001. From November 2016 to January 2019, Liam was a Gas Technician at Biffa, where daily monitoring of gas fields on landfill sites was conducted to ensure optimal generator performance and minimize air pollution. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Meteorology & Climatology from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Plymouth.
