Nicky Bevan

Nicky Bevan, Chartered FCIPD, has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Associate Director of People and Culture at the Met Office since August 2008, with previous roles including Acting HR Director and Head of HR Partners. Nicky has effectively led teams of HR Business Partners and OD Consultants, focusing on the development and execution of people strategies aligned with organizational objectives and change management. Prior to the Met Office, Nicky was the Business and Telecommunications Manager at the Ministry of Defence of the UK, overseeing business and telecommunication services with direct management of staff and a substantial budget. Nicky holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Robert Gordon University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from The Open University.
