Tammy Lillie

Tammy Lillie serves as a Non Executive Director at Compound Semiconductor Applications (CSA) Catapult since December 2022 and is a Leadership Fellow with the Society of Leadership Fellows since July 2022. Currently, Tammy holds the position of Chief People Officer at the Met Office, a role undertaken since September 2019. Previous experience includes serving as Director at People Engineering Ltd and Interim Head of Organisational Capability at Bristol Water plc. Additionally, Tammy has worked as Director of Talent & Learning at Dialog Semiconductor, focusing on global talent acquisition and learning program development. Tammy’s career also encompasses leadership roles in talent and capability development at EDF Energy, Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, BAE Systems Surface Ships, and BVT Surface Fleet Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London, a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from UCL, a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning & Teaching from Solent University, and a recent completion of the Oxford Programme on Negotiation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
