Jonas Salengue

Jonas Salengue is a seasoned professional in Agile coaching and digital transformation, currently serving as the Co-founder of api ágil since February 2021, focusing on leadership training and agile methodologies. At Meta, starting March 2020, Jonas operates as an Enterprise Agile Coach and previously held the position of Agile Coach, leading substantial digital transformation initiatives. Earlier roles include Agile Coach at Umbler and RedeHost, where Jonas fostered agile mindsets across organizations and coached teams. Jonas began a career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, progressing from an Analyst to Scrum Master. Educationally, Jonas holds a specialization in Strategic IT Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Faculdade Cenecista Nossa Senhora dos Anjos.
