Aaron Tea

Aaron Tea serves as the Regional Director of California, overseeing the day-to-day operations at their home state. He is also responsible for managing and improving META’s education program. Aaron graduated with a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Irvine in 2005. Instead of joining a research group at Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, Aaron chose to be a field Engineer at Brainlab Inc. After 12 years at Brainlab, he became a consultant at Paradigm Spine, before ultimately finding a home at META. Aaron has been with the company for 4 years and has over 16+ years of navigation experience.

Aaron lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and son. He likes the outdoors; especially biking, hiking, and snowboarding. In addition to these activities, Aaron enjoys helping his community. He feels META gives him the opportunity to give back.
