Meta-LUCID specialises in the design and implementation of management and leadership identification and development strategies to enable the whole organisation to “think and perform” beyond their current perceived boundaries to achieve improved business outcomes.

Our aim is to achieve predictable outcomes from talent management initiatives and link these to a return on investment, and provide a source of competitive advantage for our clients. Our unique proposition is based on blending growth mindset beliefs, strategic intent, complexity science, discovery and action learning methods, which provides our clients with a greater degree of predictable performance from their people. And we start with emerging and current leadership.

Achievement of our clients' objectives relies on the effective and efficient deployment of resources. Meta-LUCID operates with a global resource pool of talent that substantially contributes to the breadth and depth of our capabilities. All our people, inside and outside of the firm, are Topgraded™ ‘A’ Players in their field of expertise. Our research and experience suggests that the differentiating characteristic of an ‘A’ Player is RESOURCEFULNESS through a Growth Mindset belief system.

Meta-LUCID is built on the principle that we articulate and agree how the results of our intervention will be measured. Our aim is to get predictable outcomes from talent management initiatives and provide a source of sustainable competitive advantage for all our clients.
