Balor Tang

Balor Tang has a diverse work experience in quality engineering and management roles. Balor started their career as a Quality Engineer at Nam Tai Group, where they gained knowledge about various quality roles. Balor then moved on to work as an FQM & 6sigma Engineer at Foxconn, where they were responsible for pushing the company's quality management system and handling customer and third-party audits.

Balor Tang then joined Leeder Technology as a Quality Supervisor & CIP Leader, where they handled supplier audits, evaluations, and coaching to ensure compliance with requirements. Balor then transitioned to Premium Sound Solutions as a Senior Quality Engineer, responsible for new project quality activities for various car companies.

Balor Tang joined Laida Science and Technology as a Quality & EHS Manager and Chairman of the Labor Union. In this role, they oversaw the implementation of the Integrated Management System, including Quality Management Systems and Environmental, Health, and Safety.
