Federico Missale

Federico Missale has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Federico started their career in 1999 at Inalfa Roof Systems, where they served as Operational Quality and Production Manager until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Dana Corporation as a Quality Assurance Manager. Federico then moved on to PSA Peugeot Citroën, where they served as Supplier Quality Development from 2007 to 2008. Following that, they joined UFI Filters SpA as the Quality Director from 2008 to 2011.

Federico then joined Luxottica in 2011, where they worked in North America After Sales Operations until 2015. Federico then joined Inalfa Roof Systems Group as the Global Continuous Improvement Manager from 2015 to 2017, and subsequently served as the Quality Europe Manager from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Federico joined Marel as the Global Quality Director for Supply Chain and Innovation. In this role, they were responsible for various areas including purchased parts quality management, product and process quality, and leading the corporate sustainability program. Federico held this position until 2021 when they moved to ASML as part of their Sourcing and Supply Chain Quality team.

Currently, Federico is working at Meta System SpA, where they assumed the role of Operations Europe in 2022. Federico has recently been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer, starting in May 2023.

Federico Missale has a degree in Business and Economics from the Università di Pisa. Federico also attended the Liceo Scientifico, where they studied a scientific curriculum. In 2008, they obtained a degree in Systemic and simultaneous engineering from PSA Icpe School.
