Aaron Tsai

Aaron Tsai is an experienced data labeling professional currently serving as the Data Labeling Analyst Lead at Meta since April 2025, after a brief tenure as a Data Labeling Analyst in March 2025. In this role, Aaron leads a team of nine analysts in conducting thorough adversarial red teaming of Meta's large language models (LLMs), focusing on identifying vulnerabilities and enhancing safety through the design and execution of over 2,500 test cases. Prior to joining Meta, Aaron worked as a Data Annotation Specialist at Tesla from January 2024 to August 2024, where effective management of a high-volume annotation project significantly improved the accuracy of the neural network for the Full Self Driving system. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from San Francisco State University, completed in 2023.
