Adam Ducey

Adam Ducey has extensive experience in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, holding various positions across prominent organizations. Beginning as a contractor at Aon Hewitt, Adam advanced through roles including Industrial-Organizational Psychology Intern at Procter & Gamble and IBM, ultimately serving as a Senior Talent Scientist at IBM, where responsibilities included leading the Global Selection and Assessment Team. Subsequently, Adam worked as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at Edward Jones, focusing on HR assessments and analytics. Currently, Adam is a People Research Scientist at Meta.
