Adelle Charles is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience. As the VP of Design at Bitly from June 2018 to July 2020, Adelle led a multi-disciplinary team focused on enhancing customer experience through product and brand design. Subsequent roles include Senior Product Design Lead at Bryant & Stratton College, Art Director at WROC-TV | WUHF-TV, and Director of Product Design at New York Magazine, where Adelle directed teams to innovate in mobile and web environments. Adelle also co-founded innovative platforms such as Tinder and Carbon Ads, alongside serving in advisory capacities for Polywork. Currently, Adelle serves as Director of Product Design at Meta, exemplifying a commitment to advancing design excellence across various facets of technology and media. Adelle holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
