Aditya Kulkarni

Aditya Kulkarni possesses extensive experience in software engineering and research across leading technology companies. At the University of Minnesota, Aditya served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a Distributed Systems course and collaborated on NASA’s climate change project as a Graduate Research Assistant. Aditya's tenure at Microsoft included roles as a Senior Software Engineering Lead for Azure Cosmos DB, where responsibilities involved the design and implementation of global distribution features, as well as work in the Azure Data Lake team focused on fault-tolerant distributed storage. Prior to Microsoft, Aditya interned at NVIDIA, contributing to parallel programming for machine learning algorithms and developing video drivers. Currently, Aditya is an Engineering Manager at Meta, leading initiatives to create a privacy-aware feature engineering platform and driving significant growth in Ads through machine learning and artificial intelligence.
