Aga Swacha

Aga Swacha has a diverse background in data analysis and community operations, with significant experience at prominent technology companies. Starting as a Senior Front Office Receptionist at theKeycollection.ie from March 2016 to August 2017, Aga progressed to a Trust & Safety/Social Media Analyst role at Accenture, working with Google (YouTube) until December 2018. Aga then joined Cpl as a Community Operation Analyst for Facebook until January 2020, before taking on multiple roles at Tinder, including Trust & Safety Specialist and Senior Global Escalation Specialist, from January 2020 to November 2021. Currently, Aga serves as a Data Labeling Analyst for Global Response Ops - Intelligence at Meta since January 2025. Educationally, Aga holds a Master of Engineering in Marketing/Marketing Management from Uniwersytet Zielonogórski and a Higher Diploma in Science in Data Analytics from the National College of Ireland.
