Aileen Gan

Aileen (Jingxin) Gan is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in various roles within notable companies. Aileen began developing expertise as a Supply Chain Intern at Siemens and a Strategic Development Intern at Nestlé, before advancing to positions at Huawei and VIP.com, where Aileen managed operations and analytics. Aileen further honed skills as a Supply Chain Engineer at Micron Technology, implementing several optimization solutions to enhance global supply chain operations. Currently serving as a Category Sourcing Manager at Meta, Aileen continues to drive strategic initiatives in data center infrastructure, underpinned by a Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Zhejiang University.
