Alex Pompe

Alex Pompe is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology for development and data-driven research. Notable positions include Senior Technical Advisor at IREX, where responsibilities included leading ICT4D initiatives and overseeing business development for the technology division, and Chief Information Officer for a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation project aimed at enhancing IT resources for libraries in Ukraine. As Research Manager for Meta's Data for Good initiative, Alex focuses on the use of privacy-enhancing technologies to create datasets that support social impact.
