Allison McMahon is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in food science, user experience research, and leadership. As the Food Science Club President at Washington State University, McMahon led the club to win the Superior Club of the Year award. Experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant managing projects in collaboration with private companies, and leadership positions with the Institute of Food Technologists, including VP of Membership Experiences. McMahon also served as a Sensory Intern at Nestlé and later became a Sensory and Consumer Insight Scientist, notably leading research to inform product launches.
