Amanda Haddox (Wong) has extensive experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. From August 2021 to February 2022, Amanda served as the Director of Executive Tech Talent Acquisition and Operations, as well as a Principal Technical Recruiter and Senior Technical Recruiting Partner at Paramount. Following this, Amanda joined Meta in February 2022 as a Technical Recruiter focused on Data Center Strategy, and is currently working as a Technical Recruiter/Sourcer for SWE Agility since November 2023. Prior to her roles at Paramount and Meta, Amanda worked as Lead Technical Recruiter and Senior Technical Recruiter at SMCI from May 2018 to November 2018.
