Amir Maleki is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in teaching and advanced topics in artificial intelligence and engineering. Amir served as a Sessional Instructor at The University of British Columbia from September 2016 to May 2019, where four courses, including Differential Calculus and Linear Algebra, were taught. Following that, Amir was an Instructor at Stanford University in early 2020, teaching AI for Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies. Currently, Amir is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford Intelligent Systems Lab, focusing on AI safety verification, and has held the position of Applied Research Scientist at Meta since January 2022, concentrating on search and recommendation in generative AI.
