Anđelo Martinović

Anđelo Martinović is an accomplished computer vision engineer with extensive experience in research and industry. From September 2010 to October 2015, Anđelo served as a Research Associate at the VISICS Group, Center for Processing Speech and Images at KU Leuven. Subsequently, Anđelo held the position of Head of Image Segmentation and later became a Scientific Software Engineer at uniqFEED AG from January 2018 to September 2025. Currently, Anđelo works as a Computer Vision Engineer at Meta since October 2025. Anđelo's academic background includes a PhD in Computer Vision from KU Leuven (2010-2015) and an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, summa cum laude, from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (2008-2010), following a B.Sc. in Computing from the same faculty (2005-2008).
