Anlu Xing

Anlu Xing is an experienced AI Research Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer currently serving as a Tech Lead at Meta since March 2022, focusing on Llama research and short-form video recommendation systems. In addition to this role, Anlu has been the President of the Silicon Valley Tech Club since January 2019, facilitating discussions on AIGC, LLM, and GenAI applications. Prior roles include Machine Learning Scientist positions at Amazon, specializing in search ranking, and Autodesk, where machine learning and deep learning models were developed in production. Anlu's academic background includes a Master of Science in Economics from Arizona State University and a Data Science and Mathematics study at The London School of Economics.
