Arun Kumar Gnanappa

Arun Kumar Gnanappa is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering and project management. Arun completed a Bachelor of Engineering at Thiagarajar College of Engineering and subsequently earned a Master’s degree from HSB Hochschule Bremen. A PhD was obtained from University College Cork, which laid the foundation for a career that includes positions such as a Master thesis researcher at the University of Bremen and a PhD student at Tyndall National Institute. Throughout the years, Arun has held significant roles in various organizations, including postdoctoral research at University Twente, senior development engineering and project management at OSRAM-OLED and OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, a senior etch development engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and a Marie Curie Fellow at NCSR "DEMOKRITOS." Since July 2019, Arun has progressed to a Technical Project Manager role at Infineon Technologies and is currently serving as a Technical Program Manager at Meta.
