Austin Dear

Austin Dear is an experienced technology professional with a background in system administration, production engineering, and software development. Previously served as a System Administrator for Rankin County School District, managing infrastructure and enhancing service delivery for over 200 servers. At Meta, held roles as Production Engineering Manager and Engineering Director, focusing on the development of large-scale AI Training systems, while also contributing as a Director of Production Engineering. Earlier experience includes software development for Mississippi State University, creating internal applications and websites for health services. Austin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University.
