Azadeh Moghtaderi

Azadeh Moghtaderi serves as the Senior Director of Data Science and Machine Learning for Monetization at Meta since March 2025. Concurrently, Azadeh is an Investor and Advisor at InvestInData, focusing on early-stage data startups. Prior roles include Vice President of Data & AI at Coursera and Ancestry, where strategic leadership in Data Science and Machine Learning was pivotal. Experience at eBay involved managing global teams to develop advanced machine learning models, while earlier consultancy work and postdoctoral research fostered expertise in statistical modeling and time series analysis. Azadeh holds a Ph.D. in Statistics and additional degrees in Mathematics and Engineering, along with Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
