Benjamin Trachik

Benjamin Trachik is an accomplished psychologist with a diverse background in research, clinical psychology, and behavioral science. Trachik's professional experience includes significant roles such as Chief of Clinical Psychology Research at the U.S. Army Medical Research Directorate-West and a PTSD/SUD Psychologist at Sheridan VA Medical Center. Prior contributions were made as a Research Assistant at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, focusing on stigma and mental illness, and as a Research Coordinator at The Nathan Kline Institute, where an investigational medication study was coordinated. Trachik has also been involved in veteran care through UCF RESTORES, providing assessment and treatment for combat-related PTSD. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and Master's degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University. Current positions include UX Researcher at Meta and Behavioral Researcher at RAND.
