Bingxin Zhao

Bingxin Zhao is a skilled statistician and data scientist with extensive experience in both academic and industry settings. At the University of Minnesota, Bingxin served as a Statistical Consultant for the Institute for Research in Statistics and its Applications and Liberal Arts Technology and Innovation Services, providing statistical support and collaboration for various stakeholders. Bingxin has held roles as a Graduate Instructor and Research Scientist at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where responsibilities included teaching and leading discussions. Additionally, Bingxin gained practical experience as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at Meta and a Data Scientist Intern at Allianz Life, applying statistical methodologies to real-world data. Bingxin Zhao holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Harbin Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
