Marcia Alesan Dawkins

Marcia Alesan Dawkins is a Senior Research Scientist at the Center for Creative Leadership since July 2021, focusing on advancing leadership understanding and development. Prior to this, Dawkins served as a Workshop Leader and Corporate Educator at Performance Learning Concepts, contributing to programs on leadership and creativity from May 2016 to June 2021. As a Visiting Professor at East China Normal University from June 2015 to August 2018, Dawkins supported talent training and scientific research. Additional roles include Associate Professor of Arts and Humanities at Minerva Schools at KGI, Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California's Annenberg School, and Columnist for Truthdig. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Southern California, an MA from New York University, and a BA from Villanova University.
