Blas Madera

Blas Madera is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in art direction and creative leadership. Currently serving as Associate Creative Director and Art Director at Meta since July 2021, Madera leads creative direction for various brand projects, collaborating effectively with agencies and production teams. As a Freelance Creative with CreativeThink Over since April 2020, Madera has contributed to diverse creative challenges. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Art Director at Ogilvy, where Madera focused on campaigns and brand activations for IBM, and as Creative Lead at R/GA, directing projects for prominent clients like Nike and Samsung. Earlier experience as Design Lead at Red Antler involved developing design concepts and client interactions. Madera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design & Advertising from the School of Visual Arts and has pursued continuing education in typeface design at The Cooper Union.
