Bryce Kujala is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Meta since June 2025. Previously, Bryce held the position of Sr. Director of Engineering at Engine, where leadership over a full-stack Feature Engineering organization was demonstrated, scaling the team from 20 to 50 engineers. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Global Engineering at Shipwire, where oversight of software architecture and management of multiple engineering teams across various locations was key, as well as earlier leadership roles focused on the development of the Shipwire e-commerce platform and RESTful APIs. Bryce's career also encompasses frontend engineering at Yahoo, leading development at MediaFeast, and co-founding Net Result. An alumnus of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Bryce earned a BS in Computer Science.
