Prior experience at Northrop Grumman Corporation includes roles as Director of Advanced Launcher Development, Business Development Manager, and Director of Mission Assurance, focusing on strategic planning, risk mitigation, and product development for naval systems. Butch's earlier career in the US Navy encompassed positions such as Commodore of Submarine Development Squadron FIVE and Captain of the USS SEAWOLF, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering and military leadership. Educational credentials include a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, an MS in National Security Studies from the National War College, and an MS in Engineering Management from The Catholic University of America.
