Cai Guo, PhD, is a researcher with a strong background in psychology and quantitative UX research. From September 2016 to August 2021, Cai served as a Graduate Student Researcher at Stanford University, focusing on how language influences beliefs about abstract concepts such as gender and illness. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Harvard University under Dr. Susan Carey and at Yale University in the Social Cognitive Development Lab under Dr. Yarrow Dunham. Following graduate studies, Cai worked at Goldman Sachs as a Quantitative UX & Market Researcher from October 2021 to October 2024 and is currently a Senior Quantitative UX Researcher at Meta as of December 2024.
