Cariza Arnedo

Cariza Arnedo possesses extensive legal experience across various prestigious institutions. At George Washington University School of Public Health, Arnedo served as a Hirsh Health Law and Policy Legal Fellow in 2010. Previous to that role, experience included working as a Special Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. From 2011 to 2013, Arnedo practiced as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges, focusing on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and compliance. Subsequently, Arnedo held the position of Corporate Counsel for Latin America at gategroup from 2013 to 2015, providing legal counsel on contractual and regulatory matters. At Meta, Arnedo advanced through various roles including Compliance Counsel and ultimately Director and Associate General Counsel until February 2018. Arnedo obtained a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University.
