Carl Statkiewicz has extensive experience in compensation management across leading technology companies. At Yahoo! Inc., from December 1999 to April 2011, Carl held the role of Compensation Director, focusing on global program management and incentive plan design as well as executive and equity compensation. Following this, Carl took on the role of Compensation Director at Meta from April 2011 to February 2021, overseeing compensation strategies for the Americas. Currently, as Vice President of Executive and Equity Compensation at Meta, Carl manages global compensation programs and collaborates with the finance team on budget planning while leading a team dedicated to developing tools for compensation functions. Carl began the career as an analyst at PeopleSoft from August 1998 to December 1999 and holds a BA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
