Catherine Carter

Catherine Carter is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources. Employed at Meta since January 2025 as a Recruiting Coordinator, Catherine has successfully coordinated numerous virtual screenings and interviews, achieving a candidate experience survey score exceeding 94% and maintaining a 100% service level agreement since H1 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter/HR Generalist at NetSource, Inc., and as an HR Generalist at San Francisco Symphony, as well as contracting as a Recruiter for the International Rescue Committee. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree from Mills College and a High School Diploma from Palo Alto High School.
