Charles de Kernion

Charles De Kernion is an experienced Program Manager in Legal Operations at Meta, focusing on the development and implementation of innovative reporting tools and rights management solutions since October 2020. Prior to Meta, Charles served as a Senior Specialist in Intellectual Property Operations at Facebook, where training was provided to new team members on copyright law and IP report processing. Experience also includes roles at Vaco @ YouTube as a Copyright Operations Associate, where complex legal reports were reviewed, and at Immune Design as a Strategic Alliance Associate, assisting in partnership management and compliance timelines. Charles began a legal career as an IP & Contract Specialist with Stella & Dot Family of Brands, handling intellectual property enforcement and legal research. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property Law from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from The University of Texas at Austin.
