Charles Greenberg

Charles Greenberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and biophysics. Charles began a career as a Research Assistant in Physics at the University of Chicago, contributing to dark matter and neutrino detection studies. Following this, Charles completed a PhD in Biophysics at the University of California, San Francisco, focusing on combining cryo-electron microscopy data with structural models using a Bayesian approach. At Sandia National Laboratories, Charles worked as a Technologist on neutron scatter camera simulations and detector testing. Subsequent roles include a Senior Data Scientist at Lumiata, where efforts were directed toward identifying high-risk patients to improve healthcare outcomes, and a Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, developing algorithms for health data insights. Currently, Charles serves as a Machine Learning Engineer at Meta.
