Charlotte Pham is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. From April 2019 to March 2022, Charlotte served as Lead Commercial Counsel for TikTok EMEA, where responsibilities included building and leading a legal team during a period of significant growth. Currently, Charlotte is the Associate General Counsel at Meta, beginning in September 2022. Prior to these roles, Charlotte worked at Berwin Leighton Paisner from June 2005 to April 2018 as a Senior Associate, and subsequently at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP until April 2019, where Charlotte specialized in technology law and provided in-house counsel. A notable achievement includes founding the Mary Keller Network for Women in Technology. Charlotte holds a First Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in French and German from UCL and completed the CPE and LPC at the College of Law in London.
