Chelsea MacMullan

Chelsea MacMullan is an experienced professional in organizational change management, currently serving as the Organizational Change Management Lead for Collaboration Technologies at Meta since October 2022. In this role, Chelsea develops and executes a comprehensive Change Management program aimed at the successful adoption of new technologies related to the Metaverse and VR/AR/MR. Prior to this position, Chelsea held various roles, including Senior Manager of Global Operations Integrity and Civic Process at Meta, Senior Director of Organizational Strategy and Transformation at Paradigm Strategy Inc., and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Slalom Consulting. Chelsea's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy.
