Chris Giles is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and team management across various financial institutions and tech companies. Starting with Racal Research Ltd as a Design Engineer, Chris developed skills in RF and digital hardware along with programming in C, C++, and Assembler. Notable roles include Director for FX Options Technology at Citi, overseeing a team of over 100 engineers, and Vice President of FX Options Technology at Deutsche Bank, where Chris led teams in building advanced trading systems. Chris also contributed to equity derivatives at Merrill Lynch and emerging markets technology at Barclays Capital, while more recently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Meta, focusing on critical infrastructure and large-scale developer tools.
