Cindy Tan

Cindy Tan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for Global Clients at Meta since December 2021, Cindy drives growth in Ecommerce and Consumer tech across the APAC region. Concurrently, Cindy holds board positions at The Marketing Society and mm2 Entertainment, a media conglomerate. As the Founder of Newton Leaders from May 2015 to February 2024, Cindy has been dedicated to empowering young leaders. Previous roles include Chief Recruitment Officer at INTO University Partnerships and Global Vice President at TripAdvisor, where Cindy spearheaded sales strategies in retail and advertising across the APAC region. With educational credentials that include an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and ongoing studies at the National University of Singapore, Cindy's expertise spans marketing, recruitment, and business development in diverse markets including Asia and the United States.
