Colleen Miner

Colleen Miner is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in content strategy, instructional design, and digital learning. At 2U, Colleen led cross-functional teams to enhance online education, later serving as the Senior Director of Content Strategy. Colleen's role at McKinsey & Company involved designing large-scale digital and adult learning programs for business transformations. As a Principal at Common Group, Colleen focused on social impact within higher education and workforce development. Currently, Colleen serves as a Senior Learning Designer at Meta, creating impactful digital learning experiences for leaders. Colleen's background also includes founding Colleen Miner Consulting, where strategic learning experiences are developed, and leading online courses at IDEO U. Colleen holds a B.A. in History of Art and Architecture from Brown University and a Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology from the University of Southern California.
