Conor Bourque

Conor Bourque, P.E. is an experienced professional in environmental engineering with a focus on water resources and sustainability. Bourque's career began as a Service Technician at Pool Designs Inc. and progressed through various roles in engineering and project management, including positions as an Engineering Intern at the Philadelphia Water Department, Water Treatment Engineering Intern at Aqua America, and Environmental Health and Safety Intern at Johnson & Johnson (Noramco). From July 2016 to July 2018, Bourque served as an Engineer and progressed to Lead Design Engineer at American Water. Currently, Bourque holds the position of Water Program Manager at Meta, beginning in April 2025. Academic credentials include a Bachelor and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, with a specialization in Water Resources from Drexel University, alongside a high school diploma from Toms River High School South.
