Cory Williams

Cory Williams is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in data science, mathematics instruction, and engineering. Beginning as a Mathematics Instructor at the Los Angeles Math Circle from November 2011 to June 2015, Cory transitioned to various roles at Chevron, including Operations Intern and Process Engineering Intern during the summer of 2013. After that, Cory contributed to Shire as a Final Drug Product Supervisor and participated in the Rotational Leadership Program from February 2017 to August 2018. From January 2020 to March 2023, Cory advanced through multiple positions at Meta, culminating in the role of Staff Data Scientist & Tech Lead. Academically, Cory holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Science in Computational Science & Engineering from Harvard University.
