Curtis Heckelman

Curtis Heckelman, PE, PMP, has a diverse background in engineering and construction management, with significant experience at the US Army Corps of Engineers, where roles included Deputy District Engineer and Chief of the Korea Relocations Program. From May 2017 to July 2019, Curtis enhanced processes as Deputy District Engineer for Knowledge Management and Process Improvement in Europe. In August 2022, Curtis transitioned to Microsoft as a Construction Manager and currently serves as the Campus Construction Manager at Meta in New Albany, Ohio, starting in March 2025. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master’s in Engineering Administration from The George Washington University, and an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Baltimore International Culinary College.
