Daniel Myers

Research Scientist

Daniel Myers, Ph.D., has a strong background in materials science and semiconductor research. Starting as an intern at the Center for Energy Efficient Materials, Daniel focused on the MOCVD growth and optimization of InGaN/GaN semiconductor devices. As a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Santa Barbara, Daniel specialized in electronic and photonic materials, conducting extensive research on GaN-based device spectroscopy and maintaining advanced electron energy analysis systems. Daniel's professional experience includes positions as an Engineer at NOISEFIGURE RESEARCH and a Research Scientist at Meta, where contributions were made in device integration. Educational qualifications include an Associate in Science from Orange Coast College, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from UC Santa Barbara, and a Ph.D. in Materials from UC Santa Barbara.
