Danielle Sargenti is an experienced leader in client services and partnerships, with a focus on operational excellence and community engagement. Most recently, Danielle served as the Head of Scaled Operations for Solutions and Enablement at Meta, overseeing the Community Partnerships vertical to support community leaders in utilizing Facebook Groups and Meta’s apps effectively. Prior roles at Meta include Partner Solutions Lead for Community and Scaled Partnerships, as well as various positions at Newton Software, where Danielle advanced from Customer Success Manager to Director of Client Services, managing teams for implementation and customer success. Danielle began her career at UBM Tech as a Webinar Project Manager and has also worked at InsightExpress in CRM operations and project management roles. Danielle holds a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
