Danitra Blue is a seasoned Senior Learning Experience Designer currently employed at Meta, where responsibilities include designing learning strategies and developing resources for over 22,000 employees. With a robust background in learning experience design, Danitra also runs Danitra Blue Consulting, providing consulting and design services for mission-driven teams. Previous roles include Product Manager at Run the Future, where Danitra drove product development for scalable EdTech solutions, and Senior Learning Experience Designer at ODF, focusing on unique learning experiences for over 1,000 founders and executives.
