David Lim

David Lim is an experienced intelligence and cyber security professional with a solid background in data analysis and strategic product development. Currently serving as a Signals Intelligence Specialist at Meta since September 2024, David previously held the role of Intelligence Analyst at Citi from September 2022 to August 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore where David progressed from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager within the National Cyber Threat Analysis Center, focusing on cyber threats and trends affecting Singapore. Earlier career highlights include contributions as a Market Research Intern at MRC and various roles at EZ-Link Pte Ltd, where David drove data strategy and supported business intelligence initiatives.
