David Rappaport is a seasoned product and program manager with extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in product development and innovation. At Microsoft, David served as a Senior Program Manager, leading ground-up product development in the Devices business and managing multidisciplinary teams. David has a strong background in project leadership, exemplified by assembling and guiding a team to successfully launch "Nimbus," a groundbreaking high-altitude balloon project. David's expertise extends to medical device innovation at UW Engineering Innovation in Health and product management roles at Whisper and Meta, focusing on AI-driven hearing aids and neural interfaces, respectively. David holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an M.S. in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington.
