David Shi is an experienced software engineer with a solid background in developing innovative solutions across multiple technology companies. David's career began at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer from January 2012 to July 2014. Following that, David contributed to Pinterest as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2014 to November 2018. David then advanced to Caffeine, serving as a Staff Software Engineer until December 2021, before continuing in a similar role at Snap Inc. from December 2021 to January 2024, where David led significant cross-organizational initiatives and developed scanning utilities.
